In the Crab Class, some children are now able to hold their breath and put their faces in the water. When jumping from the platform, some children jumped gently to avoid splashing water on their faces, while others jumped boldly, submerging their heads to the water. Each child was taking on their own challenge.<\/p>\n
In the Frog Class, some children are becoming proficient at floating with their faces in the water using kickboards, and are now able to float without tensing their bodies. They are also becoming able to hold their breath for longer periods and can now swim about 2 meters.<\/p>\n
In the Level 14 class, children sat on the poolside and practiced flutter kicks. With the coach’s assistance, they actively worked on kicking powerfully without bending their knees. During floating practice, they tended to lose their balance when landing, but with the coach’s help, they diligently worked on getting up smoothly.<\/p>\n
In the Level 12 and Level 11 classes, with the help of the coaches, they learned techniques such as swimming with a powerful flutter kick and properly turning their face to the side to breathe, and they were able to practice with enthusiasm.<\/p>\n
