With the coach&#8217;s assistance, they were able to float with their legs straight.<\/p>\n<p>In the Frog Class, children were able to float with the coach holding their arms. They were able to swim while consciously keeping their bodies straight.<\/p>\n<p>In the Level 14 Class, children practiced kicking their legs. With face-in-the-water kicking, they were able to swim while consciously keeping their heads firmly submerged.<\/p>\n<p>In the Level 12 and Level 11 Classes, children practiced using kickboards and one-arm rotations, as well as side breathing. They focused on turning only their heads to the side to breathe.
