In the Frog class, children practiced walking underwater using kickboards. They practiced not only floating but also moving their legs to propel themselves forward.<\/p>\n
In the 14th grade class, some children were able to do the flutter kick while their face is in the water. They practiced keeping their bodies straight and swimming with powerful flutter kicks.<\/p>\n
In the 12th and 11th grade classes, children practiced side kicks and side breathing. They repeatedly practiced keeping their bodies sideways and turning their faces to the side to breathe. They also focused on keeping their heads fully submerged while swimming.<\/p>\n
