While enjoying the atmosphere of being in a restaurant, they learned about how to use forks and knives, how to drink soup, and how to use napkins. There were many things they learned for the first time, such as how to place cutlery, how to eat without making noise, and how to eat without holding the plate. Children seemed to enjoy learning about the differences in manners between Japanese and Western cuisine and the correct way to eat.
