In the “Level 14 Class,” students practiced flutter kicks with their faces submerged in the water, using kickboards for support. They focused on keeping their knees straight while swimming; their bodies became more stable, and they developed a powerful flutter kick.<\/p>\n
In the “Level 12 & 11 Classes,” students practiced side-kicking and breathing techniques while on their sides. They worked hard on their drills, listening to the coach’s advice and focusing on maintaining a sideways body position while taking breaths.<\/p>\n
