2 years old class.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Today is the 25th<\/sup> Swimming Lesson. Today the kids practiced the usual walking, jogging, and jumping in the water, crocodile and crab walk, slide, flutter kick and floating with head in the water (using a floatation device). Also, the kids had a rehearsal for next week\u2019s swimming exhibition.<\/p>\n

3 to 5 years old class.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Today, the Crab class practiced walked and floated in the water with a floatation device and by themselves.<\/p>\n

The Frog class practiced kicking while sitting down, walked in the water, and floated by themselves and with a floatation device.<\/p>\n

The level 14 class also kicked while sitting down and floated with the board and by themselves. They also kicked using the board with their faces in the water.<\/p>\n

The level 13 class floated by themselves, kicked with their faces in and out of the water using the board and did the crawl using the board.<\/p>\n

The level 12 class kicked using the floatation device, swam the crawl holding onto the device with both hands, and did a crawl combination.<\/p>\n

The level 11 and 10 classes did a crawl combination, did a one-handed back kick, and backstroke combination.<\/p>\n

The level 9, 8, and 7 classes did a crawl combination, backstroke combination, and breast stroke combinations. Level 7 class did these and a backstroke combination.<\/p>\n

All levels practiced for the upcoming swimming competition. Also, all levels had a test.<\/p>\n
