2 years old class.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Today the kids practiced the usual walking, jogging, and jumping in the water, crocodile and crab walk, slide, flutter kick and floating and gliding with head in the water (using a floatation device).<\/p>\n

From today, few kids\u2019 grouping have been changed.<\/p>\n

3 to 5 years old class.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Crab class today did the seat kicking, crocodile and crab walk and sank underwater. They also dip the face underwater for ten seconds and did some jumps in the water. Kids did great.<\/p>\n

Frog classes A and B, did seat kicking, floating in the water facing upward with and without help and dolphin kicks. Kids did great.<\/p>\n

The Level 14A and B classes kicked with their faces in the water, dolphin kicks, and float on board with face up. They did great.<\/p>\n

The level 13A and B classes kicked with face in the water, swam with floaties, did dolphin kicks, and practice crawl on the wall and on the floating board.<\/p>\n

The level 13B and 12A classes kicked with floaties, practiced breathing in the water, \u201cMenn kaburi\u201d crawl and board crawl. .<\/p>\n

The level 12B, 11A and B, 9A, 8A and B and 7C classes kicked with floating board with breath control. They also did crawl and back stroke combination, free style and stretch outs. The level 7A kid did the breast stroke.<\/p>\n

Swimming class was fun today and kids did great .<\/p>\n
