The Frog class floated while holding the coach\u2019s shoulder and floating while holding the board. Level 14 class floated by themselves and then kicked while holding onto the device. Level 13 class did the crawl while holding the board and then crawled while holding their breath. Level 12 class practiced swimming sideways while holding their breath and crawled with the board. Level 11 class also crawled with the board and did a crawl combination. Level 9 and 8 class did a crawl combination and backstroke.
