to 5 year old Swimming Class"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Crab class jumped in the water and floated with coaches help.<\/p>\n<p>The Frog class started floated using the blue floating board while their faces were in and out of the water.<\/p>\n<p>Level 14 classes practiced floating without the coaches help and face in the water while kicking using floaters.<\/p>\n<p>Level 13 classes crawled floated and did the crawl while using the blue board. .<\/p>\n<p>Level 11 and 12 classes did one hand swimming using the blue board facing front and facing the side.<\/p>\n<p>And level 3 classes swam the crawl, breast stroke, back style, and butterfly.<\/p>\n<p>Today\u2019s swimming lesson was fun and everyone was excited to learn more swimming!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
