Crab A Class <\/strong>practiced walking and jogging in the water for them to get used to it. After that they tried the crab walk and jumping into the water from the red platform. In the end they practiced flutter kick swim.<\/p>\n

Crab A and B Class<\/strong> begin putting their face and walking into the water. They also tried jump, crab, and crocodile walk. And to end it they practice flutter kick.<\/p>\n

Crab B, Frog A, and Frog B Class <\/strong>practiced getting used to water by putting their face in it, walking, and jumping, too. They also practiced crawling using kick board.<\/p>\n

14 A Clas<\/strong>s practiced walking, jumping, and putting face into the water. After that they also tried floating.<\/p>\n

14 B Class <\/strong>practiced crawling and side crawl using the kick board.<\/p>\n

13 A, 13 B, 12 A, 12 B, and 11 B Class<\/strong> practiced crawling, side crawl with and without kick board\u2019s help.<\/p>\n

To begin all their swimming lesson routine they had warm up exercise. The students really had fun and looking forward for their next week\u2019s lesson.<\/p>\n
