The Crab B and Frog A<\/strong> classes did sit kicks, face in the water, crab walk and running under the water. They also practiced floating on the board with their face up.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Frog A & B<\/strong> classes did sit kicks, jumps, crocodile and crab walk and face in the water. They practiced floating on coach\u2019s shoulder, hand held float and on the board by themselves.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Level 14A<\/strong> class did floats and face up kicks using the kick board. They also practiced kicking with face in the water.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Level 14B<\/strong> class practiced floating in the water with and without board. They also did kickboard kicks with their face up.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Level 13 <\/strong>class did crawl with face in the water with and without board. They also did face in the water board kicks.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Level 12 and 11 classes<\/strong> practiced crawl with and without board in the water.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Children participation in swimming lessons today was great!
