They also practiced floating in the water with the use of board support. At the end of their lesson they faced in the water and tried plunge with coach`s guide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frog A &amp; B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They did crab walk, jump, jog, and flutter kick. They also practiced floating with the used of board while the coach supports \u00a0them while their face in and out of the water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 14B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They did float by themselves with face in the water and used the kick board with face in and out of the water. They also did flutter kick swim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 14B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They jumped in the water, used the kick board with face up and in the water. They also did floating without the help of kick board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 13A &amp; 13B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They practiced using kick board with face in and up the water. They also did crawl with face in the water using kick board. And at the end, they tried freestyle and crawl using kick board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 12A, 12B, 11A, 11B, 10A, &amp; 9A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They did flutter kicks in the water using kickboard with face in the water. They also practiced crawl with and without floaters.
