They also practiced floating on board with their face up and in the water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 14 classes<\/strong> did flutter kick float with their face up and in the water using helping board. They also did crab walk and kicking while they sit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 13 class<\/strong> practiced crawl and kicks with their face in and out of the water using their helping board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 10-12 classes<\/strong> did kicks with face in and out of the water using their helping board.
