Crab level. The kids are slowly getting used to the water. They used to cry a lot when they get a splash on their face but now they don`t mind it very much. They could listen to their coach`s instructions very well. They challenged themselves and tried to do a big leap from the poolside towards the water.<\/p>\n

Frog level. The kids in this level learned the proper posture when floating on the water. They can hold their breath in the water much longer now.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Level 14. The kids practiced putting their heads more deeply into the water. They used the flutter board and practiced kicking while holding their breath.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Level 13. The coach instructed them the proper arm stroke while doing crawl. It was difficult for some kids to raise their arms all the way but with the coach`s help they did just well.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Level 12 and 11. They practiced the proper breathing while doing crawl. It was somehow difficult but the coach`s encouragement gave them confidence to try and challenge themselves.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Grade 7. They could swim much faster and longer than before. They practiced crawl in a 25 meter distance. They have developed endurance along the practices.<\/p>\n
