They started their usual stretching routine to warm up their body before going into the pool. After that they all went to their various groups.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Crab Class \u2013 started by walking in the water, crawling like a crab, and running in the water.<\/p>\n<p>Frog Class \u2013 they practiced long breathing by putting their face in the water.
