After the general warm up exercise;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Crab class<\/strong> did sit kicks, under water walking, crab walk, and running in the water. They also practiced face insertion in the water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Frog class<\/strong> did sit kicks, under water walking, crab and crocodile walk in the water. They also did start landing, floating on board, face insertion in the water and slide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 13A and 14B classes<\/strong> did face kicks, one-handed spinning with board, crawl with board, and face crawl. They also practiced floating alone, face up board kicks and played sliding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 13B<\/strong> did face kicks, two-handed crawl with board and face crawl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 12 and 11<\/strong> practiced pre-breathing, and two-handed crawl with board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 7<\/strong> did face board kick, pull practice and breaststroke.<\/p>\n<p>All the classes did test after their practice.
