The coach cheered them up for doing a good job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frog class<\/strong> did walking in the water whiles they tilt their head back with arms spread to the side as well as paddling their legs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 14<\/strong> practiced floating with chin and head in between their hands in the water. They did it as the coach instructed them. They did great.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 13<\/strong> also used the blue floaters whiles kicking. They also practiced crawl strokes. They followed the coaches\u2019 instruction and did their best.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 11 and 12<\/strong> also practiced breathing and kicking with face in the water. They kicked more strongly as they tried to swim forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 6 <\/strong>practiced back stroke and crawl. They are used to crawl and therefore swims very fast.
