After that they went to their various classes.<\/p>\n<p>Crab Class practiced crab walk, underwater run, jumping in the water, breathing practice with their face in the water, and slide.<\/p>\n<p>Frog Class practiced flutter kick, underwater walk, carb walk, breathing practice with their face in the water, jumping in the water, and floating while their face in the water too.<\/p>\n<p>Class 14 and 13 practiced one handed spinning with a floating board, two handed with floating board while facing in the water, and crawl.<\/p>\n<p>Class 12 and 11 practiced flutter kick, rebreathing exercises, one handed spinning with side breathing, and crawling with board.<\/p>\n<p>Class 6 practiced crawls, backstroke, and flutter kick while their face in the water.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone did great and excited to
