The Kani (crab) class practiced jumping and putting their face into the water. The children could hold their breath for 5 seconds.<\/p>\n

The Kaeru (frog) class, practiced floating. They learned the proper posture of stretching their arms and legs while putting their face into the water while floating with their flutter board.<\/p>\n

The level 14 class practiced flutter kick and putting their face into the water while using the flutter board. The children are now able to stretch their legs and kick much stronger.<\/p>\n

The level 13 class practiced flutter kick and crawl. They learned to rotate their arms widely.<\/p>\n

The level 12 class practiced proper breathing while doing crawl by exhaling under water and inhaling when their head is out of the water.<\/p>\n

The level 10,11 class practiced one hand crawl with flutter board. They also practiced proper breathing while facing sideway.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The level 5 class practiced crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke. The coach taught them tips how to swim properly.<\/p>\n
