They walked under the water, did the crocodile walks and foot kicks.<\/p>\n<p>Frog A&amp;B class did seat kicks, foot kicks, board float, and face kicks on board with coach\u2019s support.<\/p>\n<p>Level 14 A&amp;B class did seat kicks and practiced leg flapping. They float on the board with their face up while they kick their legs.<\/p>\n<p>Level 13 class also did face up board kicks, one-handed rotation and crawl with board.<\/p>\n<p>Level 11&amp;12 classes practiced pre-breathing, side breathing, and one-handed rotation with board.<\/p>\n<p>Level 9 class did kicks and float with one hand by the side and the other raised. They also practiced one-handed rotation.<\/p>\n<p>All children had a free play time in the pool.
