They moved on to practice kicks and later did slide in the water.<\/p>\n<p>Frog A class did seat kicks and jumps to get use to the water. Then they practiced floating with board.<\/p>\n<p>Frog B class also did seat kicks, crab walk, running, and floating alone in the water. They continue to do floating on board with face in and out of the water.<\/p>\n<p>Level 14 A&amp;B classes did seat kicks and jumps to get them wet. Then they did board kicks with the face in and out of the water.<\/p>\n<p>Level 13 practiced glide kick, one-handed rotation, and crawl with the floating board.<\/p>\n<p>Level 12 and 11 practiced pre breathing, both one-handed and two-handed rotation with board and crawl.<\/p>\n<p>Level 9 class did the glide kick, one-handed rotation and backstroke.<\/p>\n<p>All the levels did a preliminary swimming test to prepare them for the main test in the next swimming lesson.
