Lesson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In today\u2019s swimming lessons children were grouped into their various levels after the general warm up.<\/p>\n<p>The crab class dip face in the water, practiced walking and jumping to get used to the water.<\/p>\n<p>The frog class did jumps, floating on board, and practiced floating by themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Level 13A-14B did seat kicks, practiced floating with board and face up board kicks.<\/p>\n<p>Level 13B practiced face up board kicks and crawl.<\/p>\n<p>Level 10-12 practiced both forward and side breathing and one-handed crawl with board.<\/p>\n<p>Level 8-9 practiced backstroke, glide, and crawl.<\/p>\n<p>Children did well and had lots of fun during the free play in the pool.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
