{"id":7670,"date":"2023-12-13T18:31:03","date_gmt":"2023-12-13T09:31:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aichi-kokusaigakuen.jp\/en\/?p=7670"},"modified":"2023-12-14T08:32:15","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T23:32:15","slug":"swimmingschool20231213","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/aichi-kokusaigakuen.jp\/en\/akp-news\/swimmingschool20231213\/","title":{"rendered":"Swimming Lesson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For today`s swimming lesson, the whole group did warm up exercises and took a test.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Crab <\/strong>class did crab and crocodile walk, jumps and face dip to get use to the water.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Frog <\/strong>class practiced sit kicks, face in the water, and board float with kicks.<\/p>\n<p>Level <strong>14A<\/strong> practiced sit kicks, face up board float, and self-float.<\/p>\n<p>Level<strong> 14B&amp;13A<\/strong> practiced face-up board kicks, face-in board kicks and crawl with board.<\/p>\n<p>Level<strong> 13B&amp;12AB<\/strong> practiced face-up board kicks, face-in board kicks, and crawl with and without board.<\/p>\n<p>Level <strong>9-12 <\/strong>practiced board crawl, glide kicks, forward and side breathing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 8<\/strong> practiced crawl and backstroke.<\/p>\n<p>All children were able to take the test at their respective level.
