After the general warm up exercises children were grouped into various levels.<\/p>\n
The Crab <\/strong>class did crab and crocodile walk, jumps and face dip to get use to the water. They also practiced foot kicks.<\/p>\n The Frog-Level<\/strong> 14A<\/strong> classes did seat kicks, foot kicks, shoulder and board float with kicks. They also practiced flapping legs.<\/p>\n Level 14B&13A<\/strong> practiced face-up board kicks, face and foot kicks and crawl with both hands.<\/p>\n Level 13AB<\/strong> practiced face-up board kicks and face-in board kicks. They also did both one-handed and two-handed crawl and crawl combination.<\/p>\n Level 12A <\/strong>practiced pre-breathing, one-handed board crawl, and both hands crawl.<\/p>\n Level 12B-11B<\/strong> did one-handed, both hands sidekicks and combinations.<\/p>\n Level 9A, 8A, 7B<\/strong> practiced breaststroke face up kicks, pull and combinations.
