They also tried floating using a floating board.<\/p>\n<p>In the Frog and 14th grade mixed classes, they practiced face dip and holding their breath for 5 &#8211; 10 seconds. An increasing number of children are getting better at floating by themselves, and are now able to relax their bodies and float.<\/p>\n<p>In the 14th, 13th, and 10th grade mixed classes, they practiced flapping foot swimming and crawl breathing using floating boards.
