Today, we took a moving up test for each class.<\/p>\n
In the crab class, we practiced underwater movements and holding our breath underwater for 10-seconds. Everyone was able to swim following the coach’s instructions.<\/p>\n
In the frog class, we did things like floating for 10 seconds by ourselves. We swam with our arms and legs straight out, trying to float.<\/p>\n
In the 14th grade class, we performed activities such as mask-covering and batashi. We swam a distance of 5 to 6 meters, while doing powerful leg flaps.<\/p>\n
In the 13th grade class, we did mask-covered crawls. We were motivated to swim a distance of 6 to 7 meters.<\/p>\n
In the 12th grade class, students crawled 12.5 meters with helpers. We were motivated to swim up until the goal.<\/p>\n
In the 9th grade class, we did the backstroke with a helper. We were motivated to swim 25 meters by ourselves.<\/p>\n
