In the crab class, the children have gotten used to jumping from the top of the platform to avoid getting their faces in the water. When practicing floating with a beat board, they were able to stretch their body straight and float.<\/p>\n
In the frog class, the children enjoyed jumping bravely from the platform and submerging themselves up to their heads in water. When I floated with my face on a beat board, I was able to practice while stretching my arms and legs while floating.<\/p>\n
In the 14th grade class, we practiced fluttering our feet with strong kicks without bending our knees. During the face-in flip, I was able to practice by putting my head firmly into the water and making sure to do a powerful flutter.<\/p>\n
In the 13th grade class, we repeatedly practiced putting our heads firmly in the water and being able to flutter our legs powerfully. I’ve gotten used to stepping without bending my knees, and my swimming speed has become faster.
\nIn the 12th grade class, we practiced repeatedly to be able to swim by rotating our arms tightly. They were able to swim by rotating their arms around the coach’s count of 1, 2, 3.<\/p>\n
In the 11th grade class, we practiced breathing while turning our faces to the side. I was able to swim while being conscious of not sinking while taking a breather.<\/p>\n
In the 9th grade class, I swam 25 meters in a crawl twice. I was able to swim at a steady pace. During backstroke practice, I was able to swim while being conscious of how to rotate my arms.<\/p>\n
