In the Crab class, with the help of coach we were able to get used to jumping and face-up plank floats. We were able to straighten our body and do floats correctly.<\/p>\n

In the frog class, we were able to practice keeping our heads firmly in the water when swimming with our faces in the water. Some children couldn’t catch their breath and looked up midway through the swim, but with the encouragement of their coach, they were able to swim with enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

In the 14th grade class, the size of the beat board has gradually become smaller and more children have improved in their swimming ability. The number of children who can swim 5 meters without a beat board is increasing. I was able to swim enthusiastically with the encouragement of my coach.<\/p>\n

In the 13th grade class, we practiced swimming by rotating our arms. I was able to practice enthusiastically while being conscious of flapping my legs and rotating my arm correctly.<\/p>\n

In the 12th and 11th grade classes, we practiced breathing for crawling. I was able to swim properly while rotating my arms.<\/p>\n

In the 9th grade class, we practiced back kicks and swimming while rotating our arms. I was able to swim while being conscious of not sinking when I rotated my arms.<\/p>\n
