The lesson as usual began with a general warm-up exercises. After that the Crab and Frog classes practiced walking and jumping in the water. They also practiced dipping face in the water for few seconds. Some kids could hold their breath for 10 seconds which was awesome. They finally played with toys which was their favorite part. The new students are gradually getting used to the water.<\/p>\n
The Level 14 class practiced floating with face in the water. They did board kicks and board floating with flapping legs. Children could gradually float by themselves following the coach\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n
The Level 11-13 classes practiced sideward kicks while taking forward breath. They also practiced face kicks while rotating both hands with sideward breath. They followed the coach\u2019s instruction carefully as they kicked strongly and rotating hands.<\/p>\n
The Level 9 class practiced the hand raising and hand rotation combinations to improve the backstroke. They practiced carefully following the coach\u2019s directions. Children had lots of fun as they swam and played freely in the pool.<\/p>\n
