Today we had flower arrangement. The official flower of June is the rose. It means ‘love’ and ‘beauty.’ We introduced the names of the flowers to the children. The red flowers are roses, the white flowers are spray carnations, the pink flowers are sea lavenders, the small white flowers are baby’s breath, and the leaves are leatherleaf ferns. Everyone enjoyed playing with flowers and made beautiful arrangements.
