Table Manners
We learned from a video that dining manners differ from country to country. In the practical session that followed, we practiced how to hold and cut using knives, forks, and spoons. We made something that looked like a hamburger steak out of clay and practiced cutting it little by little from one end and pretended to eat. Interestingly, we learned about things to be careful of while eating, how to place the spoon and fork during and after the meal. Since this was the second time, children have improved a lot on using forks and knives. They hope to use cutlery in the future for meals.
