As part of the nationwide disaster prevention day, our school had an evacuation drill to observe this day. At noon there was an earthquake announcement. All children from 2-5 years old were guided to evacuate to a designated safety area with their protective hood on their head. The head teacher led children to say the “OHANASHIMO” promise. She also explained the importance of this special evacuation drill. After the announcement the school sent a mail to all parents and they came to pick up their children one after the order.
