2 years old class.

Today the kids practiced the usual walking, jogging, and jumping in the water, crocodile and crab walk, slide, flutter kick and floating and gliding with head in the water (using a floatation device). There will be a test next week.

3 to 5 years old class.

Crab class today did the crocodile walk, jumps and face in the water for 10 seconds.

Frog class today float in the water with board and walk in the water.

The Level 14 class kicked with board and their faces up and in the water. They also practiced floating without help.

The level 13 class did crawl with face in the water, kicks without board and practice crawl without breath with a distance of 10M.

The level 12A  class did  crawl combinations.

The level 12B, 11, 10 and 9 classes did crawl and back stroke combinations with a distance of 10M.

The level 7 class did back stroke and breast stroke combinations and kicks with board.

The level 3 class did butterfly, crawl, back and breast strokes and practiced touch and turn on the wall.

Swimming class was fun today and kids did great.
