Today was the first day of swimming class for this year. Crab class walked in the water and did floating with coaches help.

The Frog class started with running in the water to practice more power on the legs and did floating using the blue floating board while the face was in and out of the water.

Level 14 classes practiced floating without the coaches help and face in the water while kicking using floaters.

Level 13 classes crawl using the floater board and practiced how to float with floaters too.

Level 11 and 12 classes practiced breathing in and out of the water with floaters and did one hand swimming using the blue board.

And level 3 classes swam crawl, breast stroke, back style, and butterfly.

Swimming lesson today went very well and everyone was having fun while practicing swimming. Learning is fun!
