For today’s pool, Crab class practiced crocodile walk, crab walk, jumping and kicking. The Frog class kicked in the water and floated in the water using the board. Level 14 class kicked with the board with their face in and out of the water. Level 13 class kicked with the board and did the crawl with the board. Level 12 and 11 class did a crawl combination and crawled using the board. Level 3 did four types of kicks and combinations and measured swimming time. All levels will have a swimming skills test.
