In today’s swimming lessons,

The Crab A class did walking in the water, crab walk, running in the water and floor jumps into the water. They also picked rings under the water to practice face in the water.

The Crab B class did under water running, sit kicks, floating on water and breath practice.

The Frog B class did sit kicks, running under water, jumps and floating on board. They also practiced floating on the water.

The Level 14A class did floats and face up kicks using the kick board. They also practiced kicking with face in the water.

The Level 14B did floats and kicks with face in the water using board and without board practice.

The Level 13 class did crawl with face in the water using board and without board practice.

The Level 12 and 11 classes did crawl with and without board in the water.

All children did test after their lessons in various classes and levels. They all did great in their test performance.
