In today’s swimming lessons,

The Crab A class did crab walk, running and jumps in the water. They also practiced floating on board with face up.

The Crab B class did crab walk and run under the water. They also did walk on the slope in the water. Finally they practices floating on the board with face in the water.

The Frog A & B classes did sit kicks, jumps, crocodile walk and face in the water. They practiced floating on coach’s shoulder and on the board by themselves.

The Level 14A class did floats and face up kicks using the kick board. They also practiced kicking with face in the water using the small board.

The Level 14B class practiced floating in the water with and without board. They also did kickboard kicks with their face up.

The Level 13 A & B classes did kickboard kicks with their face up, sideways crawl with board and crawl with face in the water.

The Level 12 and 11 classes practiced one-sided crawl and crawl with board in the water.

Children performance in swimming lesson has improved. They also enjoyed swimming and playing with the water.
