For today’s swimming lesson, after the initial warm up, they went to their various classes and practiced as follows.

Crab class did kicks while they sit, crab walk and jumps in the water to get used to it.

Frog class did kicks while they sit, jumping, running, and crab walk in the water. They also practiced floating on board with their face up and in the water.

Level 14 classes did flutter kick float with their face up and in the water using helping board. They also did crab walk and kicking while they sit.

Level 13 class practiced crawl and kicks with their face in and out of the water using their helping board.

Level 10-12 classes did kicks with face in and out of the water using their helping board. They also practiced one handed crawl with and without the board.

Level 9 classes did backstroke, one-hand backstroke kicks, and crawl.

Their swimming lesson was fun and all children did great in their various classes.
