In today’s swimming lessons, children, as usual did general warm up together and later went to their respective classes.

The crab class did jumps and run in the water. They also dipped their face in the water and finally played with toys.

The frog class did sit kicks, jumps, crab and crocodile walk in the water and board float with face up. They also practiced floating with coach’s support.

Level 14 classes did crab walk, under the water running, board kicks, floating, and face kicks. They also played slides in the water.

Level 13 classes practiced board and face kicks with face in and out of the water. They also practiced crawl with face in the water.

Level 12-10 classes also did board kicks with face in and out of the water. They practiced one-handed crawl with board and crawl without board.

Level 9 and 8 classes did back stroke kicks, one-handed back stroke and back stroke.

All classes did pre-test today and their performances were superb. Swimming lesson was fun today because all children played games after their lessons.
