Swimming Lesson May 25, 2022
Beginner Course
It was the first time for some kids to do swimming lesson today. With the help of their coaches, the first timer kids did some activities that would help them get use to the water such as walking, jogging and jumping in the water.
3 year old Beginner Course
The 3 year old class is gradually getting used to being in the water. They are taking swimming lessons actively and with enthusiasm. Together with the coach, they practiced gliding onto the water with their flutter boards.
Kani level
As they are getting used to the water so is their kick. They can now kick faster and stronger than before. The coach assists them while they hold their breath and kick their way into the water.
Kaeru level
Today, the Kaeru level focused on the proper posture and how to keep them. They took deep breath and tried to float by themselves.
Level 14
It was difficult for some kids to keep their heads submerged in the water, but with the help of their coaches and some encouragement they were able to manage. They practiced keeping balance, kicking stronger, and swimming without flutter board.
Level 13
They were taught proper alternating arm movement when doing forward crawl. They practiced taking deep breaths, holding it and swimming with the help of flutter board
Level 12
They practiced the combination of proper breathing, kick, arm movement, all at once.
They all were enthusiastic and participated well.
Level 7
The Level 7 practiced swimming all the way to the edge of the swimming pool. She managed to swim smoothly and properly.
