Swimming Class
Crab Class, they practiced floating using kick board. They were conscious of stretching their arms and legs straight and swimming properly.
Frog Class, they tried to float while holding the coaches’ shoulder and float by themselves. They stretched their arms and legs, put their heads in the water, and consciously swam so that they could float properly.
Class 14, they practiced swimming with flutter legs using a kick board. They also practiced swimming with a kickboard facing in the water. They stretched their legs and swam with powerful kicks.
Class 13, they practiced arm crawling using a kickboard and crawling while holding their breath longer. The power to kick the water or flutter kicks became very well.
Class 10, 11, 12, they practiced one handed crawl using the kickboard together with proper breathing.
Class 5, they practiced crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke. They also started butterfly stroke. They were able to enthusiastically listen to coach’s advice on how to properly swim.
