Crab Class practiced crawling like a crocodile and crab. They also did some jumps, run, and face in the water to make them get use to the pool.

Frog Class practiced flutter kick swim, floating with and without the kick board, and face in the water to exercise their breathing.

Class 14 practiced flutter kick swim with their face in and out the water. They tried doing it without the kick board too.

Class 13 practiced flutter kick swim, crawling, one handed crawling, and combination.

Class 12 practiced one handed crawl, plank and flutter kick swim, and pre breath.

Class 11-10 practiced 50M swim, pre breath, one handed crawl, and plank crawl.

Class 9 practiced 50M swim, glide and flutter kick swim.

Class 4 practiced 50M swim, face in and out the water while crawling with one hand, and butterfly.
