Swimming class
In the crab class, they practiced crocodile walk with the coach assistance. More children can put their faces in the water.
In the frog class, they practiced putting their face in the water and float using a kickboard. They get used to take a deep breath and hold it.
In the 14th grade class, they practiced floating their body alone. They were happy that the kickboard became smaller as they got better, and they swam more and more motivated.
In the 13th grade class, they were able to swim keeping their head in the water. They were able to swim by concentrating on putting their head firmly in the water, turning their arms, and doing flapping legs.
In the 12th and 11th grade classes, they practiced moving forward with powerful flapping legs and practicing breathing while lying sideways. They were able to swim according to the coach’s advice.
