Swimming Class

In the Crab Class they got used to getting water on their faces, so they did activities in the water, such as kicking and splashing while they sit and jump from the platform to the coach. They became bolder.

Frog Class A was able to put face in the water for 5-10 seconds. They practiced repeatedly so that they could learn floating using the kick board.

In the Frog Class B they started by kicking the platform firmly and practiced repeatedly so that they could maintain a floating posture. They swam while keeping their head in the water with their body straight for them to float.

In the 14th Class they practiced flapping legs. They swam with the intention of not bending their knees and giving strong kicks to keep their body from shaking.

In the 13th Class they practiced swimming with their arms swinging around. They used kick board and swam with the intention of turning their arms around while doing powerful flapping legs.

In the 12th and 11th Classes they practiced forward and sideways breathing in line with the coach’s signal. They swam consciously so that they could keep their posture and breathe sideways.
