Swimming Class

Today’s swimming class started with a great warm-up routine that pumped everyone up and ready to dive in. The instructors skillfully sorted the kids into different swimming levels, ensuring they were placed in the most suitable group for their abilities.

The Crab Class was a blast, with kids splashing, kicking, and jumping around in the water, making them feel more at ease in the water!

In Frog Class A, the kids learned to float with a kickboard and put their faces underwater. With consistent practice, they became experts at this exercise!

Meanwhile, in Frog Class B, they worked hard to maintain a steady floating position while kicking with their faces submerged in the water. They did an exceptional job, and now their kicks are more robust than ever!

In Class 14, they developed their balance and stability by flapping their legs without bending their knees. A solid kick was crucial for this exercise.

Class 13 employed a kickboard to enhance arm movements while their legs flapped powerfully. It was an excellent technique to work on their form!

Classes 12 and 11 focused on swimming forward and sideways while breathing in sync with the coach’s signals. They paid close attention to their posture and sideways breathing. Everyone did an outstanding job!
