Swimming class

In Crab class, they did activities such as picking up toys under water and going down the water slide to help children to get used to go under water. Most of them can walk under the water without teachers help.

In Frog class, children are now able to keep their faces under water for 10 seconds. They are also getting better at floating with the support of the beat board. They practiced floating while holding coach’s shoulders for balance.

In 14th grade class, Students were able to swim enthusiastically by listening to the coach’s instructions. They swam while flapping legs and holding the beat board. They practiced to flap their legs powerfully under water while holding coach’s shoulders.

In 13th grade class, they practiced crawling under water using one hand and a beat board. They were able to swim by focusing on strong flapping legs and rotating arms forward.

In 12th and 11th grade classes, they swam holding a beat board while rotating their shoulders. They were able to swim while turning their heads side to side. .

In 9th grade class, as a preliminary step to backstroke, students tried lying on their back, kicking and swimming while rotating one hand.
