Swimming class

In the crab class, they did things like jump and slide to get used to the water. During hoop picking, some children were able to dive into the water with their coach and pick up hoops.

In the frog class, they did solo floats and flutter kicks. When floating alone, they were able to hold their breath for 10 seconds and keep their body straight while swimming.

In the 14th grade class, they practiced swimming by flipping while holding a kick board and having the coach hold their hands. They swam while being conscious of moving their legs strongly.

In the 13th grade class, they swam with one hand and crawl while holding a kick board. They practiced rotating their arms wide and spraying water on them.

In the 12th and 11th grade classes, they practiced sideways breathing and one-handed rotation using a kick board. They swam while being conscious of turning their head to the side.

In the 9th grade class, the students did the backstroke while raising one hand and spinning the other hand. They practiced while keeping their body straight while swimming.
