Swimming Class

In the Crab class, the children engaged in multiple activities to help them adjust to being underwater. They picked up toys, went down a slide, and practiced jumping and sliding. The coach guided them as they retrieved hoops from the water. Thanks to their hard work, most children can now confidently walk underwater.

The Frog class has made good progress in their swimming skills. They can now hold their breath underwater for 10 seconds and are improving their floating abilities with a beat board. With the guidance of their coach, they practiced solo floats and flutter kicks.

In the 14th-grade swimming class, the students learned some awesome techniques to improve their leg movements. They even practiced flipping with a kickboard and leg flapping underwater. Their coach was there every step of the way to guide them.

The 13th-grade class was all about perfecting the underwater crawl technique. They learned how to rotate their arms forward and flap their legs efficiently to swim faster. Plus, they swam with one hand while holding a kickboard and practiced spinning their arms in a wide motion.

In the 11th and 12th grade classes, the students worked on swimming with a beat board while rotating their shoulders. They also learned how to turn their heads from side to side and practiced breathing sideways. The coach reminded them to be careful while turning their heads to the side.

The 9th-grade class had a blast learning how to perform the backstroke. They mastered kicking their legs and rotating one hand while swimming on their back. And they even practiced maintaining a straight body position while raising and spinning one hand. Keep up the good work, swimmers!
