Swimming Class

The Crab Class had an exciting day practicing diving and walking underwater with their coach. They made significant progress and could now walk underwater by themselves.

The Frog Class has been perfecting their floating technique. They have learned to maintain a straight body posture, which enables them to float independently in water and boosts their sense of confidence.

In the 14th Class, the children have become more adept at swimming with the board. They can now swim with their heads firmly in the water, which has been a challenge for some of them. With the coach’s guidance, they are progressing in developing this skill.

The 13th Class has been working on crawling using the board and without it. They have learned to swim by keeping their heads firmly in the water and rotating their arms widely, which has helped them move faster and more easily in the water.

In the 11th and 12th Classes, the children have been focusing on crawling. With the coach’s help, they have been able to swim more energetically, learn proper breathing techniques, and rotate their arms correctly.

The 9th-grade students have been practicing the backstroke in their swimming class. They are eager to learn and follow the coach’s instructions carefully, focusing on rotating their arms and positioning their heads correctly.

With each Class, they become increasingly proficient swimmers, gaining the skills and confidence needed to enjoy the water to the fullest.
