Swimming Class

The crab class has learned to walk in the water up to their shoulders using a crocodile-style technique. A few children were still hesitant to put their faces in the water, but with their coaches’ support and guidance, they could gradually overcome their fears and take on the challenge.

As the frog class progressed in their swimming lessons. They particularly enjoyed the use of a kickboard, which gradually decreased in size as they became more confident in their abilities. Starting with the largest kickboard, they eventually moved on to smaller ones which allowed them to practice their strokes.

During the 14th class, the students were given a chance to practice their swimming technique by kicking the water forcefully. To help them maintain a rhythmic pattern, they were provided with a beat board. The students were instructed to flap their feet in a synchronized manner while maintaining their balance in the water.

In the 13th class, the students practiced sideways breathing. They were instructed to swim while keeping their bodies balanced and turning their heads to the side to breathe. This technique helped them to improve their breathing while swimming.

Classes 12th, 11th, and 10th practiced the crawl stroke. They were instructed to keep their bodies straight, their arms extended, and their legs kicking in a synchronized manner. The coach closely monitored their progress and provided feedback to help them improve their technique.

Classes 9th and 8th, the students focused on backstroke. They were instructed to float on their backs by raising their hands, looking upward, and lifting their bodies. The coach provided detailed instructions on how to maintain proper form while swimming on their backs. The students were encouraged to practice this technique repeatedly to improve their skills.

Everyone did a great job on their swimming test today. They all showed impressive swimming skills and worked hard throughout the test. It was a pleasure to see such talent and determination.
